The Fonteneau Firm provides low-cost, flat- fee legal services for some of the most common legal matters. Filing and service fees vary by matter and county. All prices are based on the legal fees alone. Client pays the filing and service fees in addition to legal fees. Your situation may require additional services and costs may vary. Uncontested Divorce


A divorce is only uncontested if there are no legal or factual issues that the Court must resolve. Couples seeking an uncontested divorce must come to an agreement to end the marriage and on how the marital debts and property will be divided before filing.

Uncontested Divorce with no children $750.00
Uncontested Divorce with children $1250.00

Eviction Services


Uncontested Eviction - Landlords $550.00 plus filing and service fees
Initiation of the Unlawful Detainer process and filing the appropriate pleadings in District Court.

Contested Eviction - Landlords $1000.00 plus filing and service fees
Initiation of the Unlawful Detainer process, filing the appropriate pleadings in District Court and representing the landlord at trial.

Wills

Living Will $350.00
Document explaining your wishes with regard to end of life medical care matters like life support and organ donation. 

Will $500.00
Document explaining your wishes with regard to division of your assets upon death.
